The 78 private retreats on the island are designed for those guests who have an appreciation for style & sophistication even while in an island setting. Choose a tucked away Beach Oasis Retreat with your own section of beach and a second story private viewing deck. The overwater Ocean Oasis has ladders delving into the water and gives the illusion that you are really on your own private island. There are also 3 junior suites, the Seascape Escapes you could upgrade to or be WOWED by our Ocean Haven - the 2 bedroom villa with panoramic views of both the ocean and lagoon. Amenities in all rooms include a private plunge pool, the W Signature Bed, plasma screen television, DVD player, BOSE sound systems, mini bar and wine fridge, munchie box, daybed and BBQ for in-retreat dining.
There is an eclectic mix of 6 bars and restaurants at the W Maldives. Each provides for a plentiful and versatile selection of menus and settings. KITCHEN, the casual all day dining bistro, or FIRE, where the beach meets a jungle barbeque with live cooking stations; both satisfy even the most discerning palate.
